A non-refundable retainer of 40% is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your event.
Retainers may be transferred one time only to a new date, if cancellation occurs at least two weeks before the scheduled event.
We recommend booking at least one month in advance.
Events scheduled less than one month away will incur a last-minute planning premium.
For gatherings of 150+ guests, please book at least 90 days in advance.
Pricing is non-negotiable and may fluctuate with market conditions.
